Ingredients:

– 100g butter
– 6 egg whites
– 120g powdered sugar
– 120 flour
– 1 tbsp dessert spice

Melt the butter and let it cool, then beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the powdered sugar to the butter, sift if necessary and stir together.
Fold in the flour and dessert seasoning.

The dough is still a little liquid, so use a spoon to put the dough on the baking paper and form circles with a diameter of about 6cm or outline them with a pencil.
Since the cookies have to be formed relatively quickly after baking, only bake a few per baking cycle. Now bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes (not golden brown!)

Immediately remove the cookies from the baking paper and place the saying on them, cut the cookies in half and then let them cool again on a wire rack.
