Ingredients:
– 1 broccoli, prepared and divided into florets
– 250g potatoes, peeled and sliced
– 1 onion, finely chopped
-1 garlic clove, finely chopped
– Bacon cubes
– 3dl full cream
– 2dl milk
– 4 eggs
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– CheeseGwürz
– Grated cheese
Blanch the broccoli briefly in boiling salted water, then rinse under cold water.
Mix the broccoli, potato slices, onions and garlic with the bacon cubes and place in a baking dish.
Then mix the full cream, milk, eggs and spices, season to taste and pour over the vegetables.
Finally, sprinkle with some cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170° for 50 minutes, possibly covering with some aluminum foil
