Ingredients:
-1 cake dough round
– ground hazelnuts
– Fruits
– 1 egg
– 1dl milk
– 1dl cream
– Dessert spice
Place the cake dough in a round baking tray, prick the bottom slightly with a fork and spread the hazelnuts very thinly on top.
Wash the fruit, cut it and spread it on the dough.
To make the icing, mix the remaining ingredients together, season with the dessert spice and pour directly over the fruit.
The casting should end about 5mm below the edge so that the dough does not run out over the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for about 40 minutes.
