Ingredients:

– 1kg potatoes
– some olives or rapeseed oil
– Härdöpfel spice

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into evenly thick slices (about 4mm thick) and mix in a bowl with a little oil.

Now season with our Härdöpfel spice and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
