Ingredients:
– 6 medium potatoes
– Bacon cubes
– fresh herbs cut
– Spring onions, cut into thin rings
– 1 cup of crème fraîche
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
Wash the potatoes and let them cook slightly in a pan (but not too soft). In the meantime, briefly fry the bacon cubes with the onions in a pan.
Now take the finished potatoes out of the pan and cut a funnel into them from above.
Mix the bacon, onions, herbs and crème fraîche and season with the spices. Then the potatoes are filled with the filling, which can also extend beyond the potato.
Now bake the potatoes in the oven at 200° degrees for 12 minutes.
