Ingredients:

- 500g minced meat, mixed
-1 onion
- fresh herbs
- 1 egg
- Härdöpflwürz
- Güggeligwürz
- Schteekhuuspäffer
- roast butter

Put the minced meat in a bowl, finely chop the onion and herbs, also add. Mix everything with the egg and season with the spices by stedy.

When everything is well kneading, about 8 pockli shapes and fry in roast butter, on both sides.
