chocolate bananas

Ingredients:

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 Päckli black chocolate, warm in a water bath
- Dessertwear
- Woodenstick (like Wasserglace)

Warm the chocolate slowly in the water bath, peel the bananas, halve and pour on the section side on the wooden piss.

Put the chocolates in a narrow, high dishes and the bananas in duke, remove and place on a grid and sprinkle with a little dessertweg, then drying on a grid.
Alternatively, the bananas can also be placed in the refrigerator.
