Ingredients:
750g potatoes firmly
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp milder mustard
- 4 El Mayonaise
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 EL white wine vinegar
- 2DL vegetable bouillone
- Mix all ingredients
Upon need:
- Onions, finely chopped
- Fine garlic cut or squeezed
- bacon cube
- Härdöpflwürz
- Schtechuuspfäffer
- fresh herbs
Simmer the potatoes in a pan until they are "short" in front of soft.
Then take the potatoes from the water, peel and slice, directly into the finished salad sauce.
Mixing in the refrigerator and serve cold, supplement as needed with the listed ingredients.
