Knoblibrot from the grill
- 1 baguette
- 150g butter
- Garlic, by own gusto
- Fresh herbs, of your choice
Cut the bread in a lightweight "lamellar" cut in about 1.5cm thick distances.
Mix the butter with all ingredients including the spices and season to taste.
Then fill in the bread cuts with a knife and pack the bread in an aluminum foil. Bake the bread on the grill at about 160 ° degrees about 10 minutes until it is crispy.
Carefully open the aluminum foil and comfortably sprinkle with some herbs before serving.
