Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry rectangular
- 250g of ranged cheese, of your choice
- Raclette / Fonduegwürz
- Schtechuuspfäffer
- Härdöpflwürz
- 1 egg yolk
Cut the puff pastry into about 2 cm wide strips, but not disassemble.
Then distribute the cheese and season as lust and mood.
Take away a strip after another and twist a bit and place it on a baking sheet that is already occupied with a baking foil.
Carefully brush with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven, at 180 degrees, +/- 10 minutes until the cheese is fused and the puff pastry is golden brown.
