Olive bread with oregano


- 500g flour
- 3 DL water
- 1 bag of dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons pizza / pasta saddle
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Olives stitched and halved

Mix the flour, dry yeast and pizza / pastag mirror in a bowl, then pour the water and olive oil to it and knead to a smooth dough.
At the end, the olives are still kneaded under the dough, then the dough, in a bowl, to rise on a warm place for about 1 ½ hours.

When the dough has risen about twice, give the dough on a sheet metal, knead briefly again and then form a ball. On-demand olives on the top of the bread.
Now cover the bread with a towel again, for about 45 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 190 ° degrees, about 30 minutes.

The olives may be given according to their own gusto and the bread may also be baked flat or in the box.
