Ingredients:
– 3 eggs, freshly cracked
– fresh garden herbs, chopped
– GüggeliGwürz
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Fried butter
Mix the eggs with the herbs and season to taste with the spices. Then put the egg mixture in a frying pan that has already been heated with a little butter and stir it back and forth with a wooden ladle over a low heat.
The scrambled eggs should still be slightly moist, but set.
Arrange on plates and serve.
