Ingredients:
– 250g flour
– 3 tsp Härdöpfel spice
– 6dl milk
– 8 eggs
– 100g spinach chopped, thawed
– GmüesGwürz
– Fried butter
Mix all ingredients except the GmüesGwürz in a bowl with a mixer until a smooth mixture is formed and season with the GmüesGwürz.
Then let the dough stand for about 30 minutes.
Heat a little butter in a pan and put some dough in the frying pan, immediately let the dough melt in the pan and fry it lightly brown on both sides.
