Ingredients:
750g waxy potatoes
Sauce:
– 3 tbsp mild mustard
– 4 tbsp mayonaise
– 3 tbsp oil
– 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
– 2dl vegetable bouillon
– Mix all ingredients
As required:
– Onions, finely chopped
– Garlic finely chopped or pressed
– Bacon cubes
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– fresh herbs
Simmer the potatoes in a pan until they are “just” tender.
Then take the potatoes out of the water, peel them and cut them into slices, directly into the finished salad dressing.
Mix, let sit in the fridge and serve cold, adding the ingredients listed as needed.
