Ingredients:
– 1 baguette
– 150g butter
– Garlic, to your own taste
– fresh herbs, of your choice
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– GmüesGwürz
Cut the bread in a light “lamella-shaped” cut at approx. 1.5cm thick intervals.
Mix the butter with all the ingredients including the spices and season to taste.
Then fill the bread cuts with a knife and wrap the bread in aluminum foil. Bake the bread on the grill at approx. 160° degrees for about 10 minutes until it is completely crispy.
Carefully open the aluminum foil and sprinkle it with a few more herbs before serving.
