Preparation - this is how it works:

1. Put the rösti in a hot, coated frying pan without fat.
2. Step 1: Fry for approx. 2 minutes over high heat, loosen up and form into a cake, then stop moving.
3. Step 2: Fry over medium heat for about 6 minutes until a golden brown crust is created.
4. Fall the rösti onto a flat plate, let it slide back into the pan and fry for another 6 minutes.
