The Stedy Rösti with Härdöpfwwürz® brings the culinary delusion with Swiss potatoes from the pan to the family table. The unique and popular Härdöpflüwwürz® is ideal for seasoning all potato dishes and is used instead of salt or scattering.
Add rösti without adding fat into a hot coated frying pan, for about 2 min. Fry at high heat, loosen, shape to a cake, no longer move. At medium heat for about 6 min. Sauté until a golden brown crust has formed. Place a flat plate on the pan, rush on the plate on the plate and slide back into the pan, roast for about 6 minutes.
